About the Institute

Training That Builds Employment

Gautam Buddha I.T.I., Kasya was established in 2012 in Kushinagar district, Uttar Pradesh — the land associated with Buddha's Mahaparinirvana. Affiliated to the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) and State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT), the institute trains students on live industrial equipment: DC compound motors, universal motors, thyristor-controlled drives and full electrician workshop panels.

Every session, trainees are prepared through structured classroom learning and hands-on bench work, and the institute has consistently returned strong AITT results for the district.

Under the Uttar Pradesh government's flagship Digi Shakti initiative, Gautam Buddha ITI has hosted free tablet and smartphone distribution ceremonies for its trainees — advancing the technical empowerment of youth studying across U.P.
